3. Pricing & Payment

- Payment is due upon completion of service or purchase.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital/mobile payments.
4. Warranty & Liability
- All device fix services come with a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Post-service physical damage
- Water damage after service
- Unauthorized third-party interventions
- Data loss disclaimer: We are not responsible for any data loss during service. Customers are advised to back up their devices before submission.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from device issues.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled before service begins. Once service is in progress, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refunds for accessories or services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Mail-In Fix Services
- Mail-in services are available for customers unable to visit in person.
- Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

- We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping.
