We provide repair services for smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and sell related accessories. Services include screen replacements, battery changes, software fixes, and more.

2. Orders & Appointments

• You can place repair orders via our website, phone, or in person at our shop located at 1245 E Southern Ave, Apt 18, Mesa, AZ 85204.
• Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended to reduce waiting time.
• We reserve the right to accept or refuse any repair order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices for repair and accessories are clearly listed on the website or provided upon request.
• Payment is due upon service completion or product purchase.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

4. Warranty & Liability

• We offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor for all repair services.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage after repair, water damage occurring after repair, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
• We are not liable for any loss of data during repair. Customers are advised to back up their data before service.
• We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses beyond the repair service.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Repairs can be canceled before work begins; however, once repair work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds for accessories or services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Mail-In Repairs

• We offer mail-in repair services for customers unable to visit in person.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways unless otherwise agreed.
• We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged devices during shipping.

7. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or appointments.
• You are responsible for backing up your data prior to repair.
• You will not use our website or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
