3. Pricing & Payment

• Accepted payment methods: cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital/mobile payments.

4. Warranty & Liability

• All device fix services come with a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • Post-service physical damage
  • Water damage after service
  • Unauthorized third-party interventions
• Data loss disclaimer: We are not responsible for any data loss during service. Customers are advised to back up their devices before submission.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from device issues.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled before service begins. Once service is in progress, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds for accessories or services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Mail-In Fix Services

• Mail-in services are available for customers unable to visit in person.
